What made you choose Chris as your real estate attorney?

While searching for an attorney for purchasing our new home, we saw the amazing reviews for Chris and decided that this was the place for us to close on our home.

How impressed were you with the speed of the buying process?

Having two young children, we need things to go quickly in our lives (since children are not the most patient!). Chris made sure the process was as quick and smooth as possible while ensuring we understand everything we were signing and happy with the home we were purchasing.

What was the best thing Chris did to help you buy your home?

We had an issue with our mortgage company where the person assigned to our loan all of a sudden was not there and we were assigned someone else. Everyone in Chris' office moved quickly with emails and paperwork to ensure we closed on time (which we did, yay!).

How was Chris able to help you overcome any challenges closing on your home?

There were a few issues with the house that we're not fixed before closing. Chris made sure we knew our options of postponing closing or having the work done after. He had us compile a list of issues we still needed fixed by the builder and made sure the seller was aware of the issues and a set time frame they need to be fixed by.

Would you recommend my real estate services to friends, family, neighbors or coworkers? What would you tell them?

I would highly recommend Chris' office for anyone in need of a real estate attorney! He made closing on our house a quick and enjoyable experience which was not the case on our last home. We are VERY happy with our choice this time!

How did you find Chris?

Chris was very nice and welcoming. He was there at the door as soon as we arrived to greet us.

How did you feel throughout the whole buying process?

Even with the issues with our loan company, our amazing realtor and Chris made this an enjoyable experience.

Is there anything notable you would like to mention about working with Chris?

Chris' office is very child friendly! We brought a 10 month old and a 2 year old without any issues. They were very accommodating with having them there with us.

Are they any last comments you would like to add?

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone I know.
