The buying process went smoothly. We had one slight bump towards the end with the sellers, but Chris went above and beyond to fix it

He was able to secure funds from the sellers to fix things they missed.

The morning of closing, we found a leak in the baseboard heating pipes. Chris worked out an amount to be kept in escrow to fix the needed repairs

Pretty comfortable with the buying process. It moved quickly, and overall efficiently.

Is there anything notable you would like to mention about working with Chris?:

He was still on our side, and advocating for us even after closing. We had water damage from a bathroom pipe that wasn’t caught during the home inspection three days after closing. Chris worked for us to help get the sellers to cover the repair.
