Short Sales Process

I just wanted to tell you how much I have appreciated your help over the past few months. I know short sales are a tremendous amount of work and trouble, for not much of a payout.
It was a hard decision for us to make, and not one that we took lightly, yet you never treated me with judgment or like this whole mess was a hassle. Your assistance and professionalism (and humor!) made a tough situation bearable.
Anyway, I would love to send you a bottle of champagne, or a big bunch of flowers, but as evidenced by the term "short sale" and all it involves ... I can't. So again, thank you for all your hard work :)), and know that it was not taken for granted.
